- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of insurance products and services
- Proficiency in benefits administration and policy analysis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear explanations to clients
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure the best coverage options for clients
