```Duties:```
- Provide exceptional service to clients seeking insurance coverage
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Educate clients on policy options, coverage details, and premium rates
- Process insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and claims in a timely and professional manner

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of insurance products and services
- Proficiency in benefits administration and policy analysis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear explanations to clients
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure the best coverage options for clients
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
